Added “Save Your Assessment” section on the Motivator Report page

Why?

  • Users were finding it hard to figure out how to print or pdf the report by clicking on the “View Report Link” button => “Share Report” screen => “Print Report” button on the Motivator Report page.

  • Also, we hadn’t warned members that they may not be able to access their Motivator Report in the future, for example if their license expires, they are deleted by an Admin, etc.

The details:

  1. We created a new design that includes:

    . A “Print” button directly on the main page of the Report.

    • A reminder on the Report page that they should download it as access might be revoked in the future.

  2. By clicking the “Print Report” button, the Report opens in print preview format, from where it can either be printed or downloaded in .pdf format.

  3. The “Save Your Assessment” box is available on both the desktop and mobile view.

Linked new Super.so page to the Help Center button

Why?

  • Currently, we maintain the Attuned Help page on Kayako and this is linked to the Help Center, which can be accessed via the Dashboard.

  • However, we are going to stop using Kayako at the end of 2021, so our new Super.so page will be linked to our Help Center instead.

The Details:

  • Linked Super.so page to the Help Center on the Attuned Dashboard.

  • Now if you click on Help Center it will redirect you to our new Super.so page

    • New link for the ENGLISH page: https://help.attuned.ai/

    • New link for the JAPANESE page: https://help-ja.attuned.ai/

Removed “Teams” tab from Account => Settings

  • After discussing internally and checking the usage of the “Teams” tab in Account Settings, we realized that this page is redundant to the “View All Teams” feature on the navigation menu. Hence, we decided to remove this page.

Improved loading speed for People and Admins & Team Managers pages

Why?

  • After we introduced the Retake feature, it took more time for the People and Admins & Team Managers page to load.

The details:

  • We’ve now fixed this issue, and the People and Admin & Team Managers pages now load faster for both those who have or have not used the Retake feature.
