Improved Guided Tour of the Dashboard
Why?
The Startup Guide we introduced last year was designed to make using Attuned super easy and intuitive for newly onboarded users.
Our subsequent analysis of Startup Guide usage data indicated that a significant number of people who followed specific steps in the Guided Tour became engaged users in the longer term. By highlighting these specific touchpoints in our Guided Tour, we hope to help users develop strong usage habits and improve overall engagement with the platform.
The Details:
Designed a more structured Guided Tour.
The experience focuses more on comparing Motivator Gaps.
Eliminated all steps that are not relevant to Managers from the Manager Guided Tour.
Made the experience more intuitive, simple, and visually engaging.
The Guided Tour has two variations:
1. Manager Version
The Manager Guided Tour has four steps, which the user has to complete in order.
