Sending engagement reminders made easy for managers

Why?

The existing “Send Reminders” feature aims to help managers remind their team to take the engagement survey. However, locating this feature was not intuitive, and the process was not as straightforward as it could be.

The Details:

We have repositioned the “Send Reminder” button in a more easily discoverable location:

1. Accounts/Overview Screen :

  • A “Send Reminder” section has been added to the “Engagement Summary” widget on the Dashboard.

  • The “Engagement Summary” has been organized into a more unified data set. Previously, the way the information was presented made it look like three separate widgets, so we have now put them together without any white space in between.

  • If there are no engagement reminders to be sent out then the “Send Reminder” button will not be displayed, for example in new accounts with no data.

 

2. Engagement Menu => Motivator Evaluation & Engagement Level Graphs:

  • The “Send Reminder” feature has been removed from the chart > dot location on the graphs. Instead, we have added a “Send Reminder” button on the side of the “Motivator Evaluation Graph”, where it is more easily discoverable than before.

  • Since they were dependent on graph plotting, engagement reminders couldn’t previously be sent until the graph dot was plotted, i.e. when three or more users have responded to the survey.

  • It is now possible to send engagement reminders for fewer than three respondents.

  • The existing logic of the “Send Reminder” feature is unaffected, and there are no changes to the process of sending engagement reminders.

 

New reminder email for members/users who haven’t logged in to Attuned recently

The goal is to remind the members/users about Attuned and encourage them to log in.

  • This email is for members and managers who have finished the assessment and logged in at least once, but haven’t logged in during the past three weeks.

  • This email is sent only once.

  • CTA link: Redirects to My Motivators Page (members) or Manager Dashboard (managers).

  • This email will be sent only to users with an active subscription and who are able to log in to either MMP or the Manager Dashboard.

  • This email is not applicable to users linked to Candidate licenses or the Assessment Only Package.

Introducing My Motivators Page goal sharing and finishing notification emails

Team members will now be notified when:

1. A new goal is shared with them on My Motivators Page.

2. A shared goal has been marked as done by one or both parties on My Motivators Page.
